It’s amazing what gets the most attention on the internet and social media these days. An obviously prank video of an alligator “attack” went viral the past couple of days.

The Rock, aka Dwayne Johnson, may be long gone from the WWE, but his People’s Elbow signature move is still a tool in the belt for many men today. A video of a man saving his friend from a purported alligator using an elbow drop has been making the rounds.

After further review of the video by millions… and millions… of internet users all around the world, it appears the gator to be a fake, remote-controlled one used as a prank.

In fact, using fake gator heads to scare the socks off buddies is a joke that seems to be a popular one after a quick check with Mr. Google. These heads can be purchased in various places online, although we don’t recommend pulling this particular joke on your buddies. A heart attack could be the result, not to mention payback would be quite costly.

Of course,  you could go viral on the internet…
