Hunt Story
I had just got out of school and I was taking some corn to my hunting spot. The homeowner had sent me a message earlier in the day that they had seen a good 8-point in their yard. I figured it would have moved on out following the doe. But, when I pulled up, I saw the buck bedded in the wood line and immediately called my dad. I told him what was going on and we made a plan. So, I went to a great family friend/fellow hunter house that was nice enough to let me borrow his crossbow and arrows. I met my dad and we drove to the house. Luckily, the buck's focus was on the doe so I was able to get close enough for a clean shot.
