Hunt Story
A nice buck came into the food plot about 5:30, checked a nearby scrape, and continued cruising across the end of the food plot. Presumably looking for the next doe, as he didn't seem interested in feeding. I immediately recognized the buck and made approximately a 100-yard shot. The buck ran about 50 yards before expiring just out of sight. We had numerous trail-camera photos of the buck from the last couple of years. No other deer were encountered during this hunt.
