Hunt Story

Day of November 25, 2017, my uncle and I were in a ladder stand when we saw the buck around 5:30 p.m. My grandpa saw this buck earlier in the week, but he did not kill it because he thought it was too small. When the buck came out, I started to shake so bad and my heart felt like a bomb in my chest. My uncle told me to put it right behind the shoulder when the buck stopped walking. I took the safety off my 44 mag, and I pulled the trigger, I smoked him! The buck only ran 15 yards up the hill and then he started limping. The buck did a back flip off the hill and landed in the creek where he died. I started to tear up so bad; my uncle started hugging me and giving me high fives. I called my aunt and then my whole family to tell them that I just killed my first deer.
