Hunt Story
I have known of this buck for four years and hunted him for three. In 2013 and in 2014, this deer was without a doubt the state record typical with a bow. In 2015 he had actually gone down hill, and I think will be just shy of that record with a bow. I was hunting over a wheat food plot in an area that this deer has loved in November the last three years. He hit a massive scrape in the middle of my plot regularly. I finally had the chance to kill him November 14th. I was so overwhelmed when it happened, and the best part is, we got it all on camera. Every hunt this year up until the recovery was caught on camera. As far as I know, I think he is the biggest deer ever killed in Georgia on camera.
