Hunt Story
Got off work around 4 pm. Decided to go for a quick evening hunt. I was checking food plot with my binoculars when buck just walked out, all I saw was his rack in my binocs. I quickly replaced my binocs with my riffle and made the 150-yard shot. Another member in our club had pics of the buck 2 miles from where I shot him behind his father's house consistently for over a month. After I shot, I texted my best friend that I'd just shot a good one. He text back 10 minutes later and said he'd just shot a big one also. We were hunting about 4 miles apart. It was a very special hunt for us both to kill trophy bucks in the same evening within minutes apart.
