Clarks Hill: Level: 1.7 feet below full pool. Temp: Mid 80s. Clarity: Clear.

Bass: Tournament angler William Hooker reports, “I fished June 23 in a bass tournament out of Hamilton Branch, South Carolina. Tim Jones won with 24-lbs., 4-ozs. with five fish, and we came in second with four fish that weighed 15.15. Our fish were caught on worms and jigs. The jigs were 3/4-oz. Green Fish Tackle, and the worms were custom made from Softy Bait Co. out of Gallatin, Tenn. We had nine bites all day—two hybrids, two jacks, one broke line and the four bass bites. We were fishing anywhere from 15 to 35 feet deep.”
